But proud of the Omega, Gets a run out every few weeks.

The list is too long.

Bit better than I was but will never improve.

At least I dont take as many tablets as I used to . ::)

Main thing is am still here to maon about. :y :y

 With the life I enjoyed in my early years I was probably lucky to make 30.

All sensible now though. ::)
