That does look genuine to me ;). Amazon do do a price match against themselves over most of their defined sales periods, and automatically honour their promise to refund if the price goes cheaper during that event.
Some of their business practices are probably not on the same morals as everybody, but as an online retailer they are slick, and their automation covers most scenarios.... ....and their customer care phone answerers are generally OK if you go off script in most cases.

.....and they don't generally quibble.
I contacted them about an electric blanket that had gone tits up almost a year after the 3 year warranty had finished.
They gave me a 100% refund.
We pay for Amazon Prime though, so maybe we get preferential treatment.

Hover over the sender's email address and it will show you who actually sent it.
And as for lose nothing, they already have your account details :-X

We got £20 back from Amazon a couple of weeks ago for some bedding we had bought, it was a great price to start with, SWMBO soon found something else to spend it on !

Yep....same here. I like that Reacher is six foot five rather than five foot five when played by Tom Cruise.

Biggest scammers are/were the ones that aquire our Paypal details and recent scams have been "We tried to deliver your package" by so called couriers, Fortuneately most supply tracking details so problem easly worked out.

Yes it's simple to opt in & out & to be honest it's cheap entertainment.👍

I pay full whack for Prime and, in my opinion, it's well worth it. I get about three free next day deliveries a week and I make good use of Prime Video.
Handmaids Tale takes some getting through, 5 seasons of it.

If you use the TV, its cheaper than Netflix. With the benefit of free next day delivery on Amazon items. So can make good value for many.
We tend to pop in and out of it, usually when they offer a freebie month, and binge watch it, then cancel before we have to pay. Freetards ;D
