Quite amazing, but honestly I don't understand why you would do this. The 9-3 is a pretty mediocre thing inside and to look at, and I can only imagine 700hp through the front wheels is fairly awful.

For the money I would have thought a mildly tuned C/E 63 amg would be better in just about every respect  :-\

Didn't they do an AWD 9-3 just before they went pop?

Basically the running gear from the Insignificant VXR iirc. :-\

They did. Iirc you had the choice of manual or auto and 2.0T or 2.8T petrol engines (not sure about a diesel option).

I had a 9-3 2.8T a few years back and it was a great car. It was about 250bhp, you could probably get 300bhp quite easily but I don't why anyone would want/need much more power than that.
