First things first.

That's really lazy retarded reporting. It's not an exit barrier, it's the entry one. If the so called journalist had got off their arse and spent 30 minutes on a train they could have gone to the actual scene and reported it accurately.

Secondly it looks like a VW Passat estate. It might be hybrid, but it's no EV.

Credit where it's due though, at least he had the sense to use the car park >:D
