I will soon get into trouble with admin starting to many silly threads but here goes again. Anyone got any nice car pic's? not just your miggy anything that just looks sexy,cool or you just want to share. he's a couple of mine..

To old to play computer games so can't tell you what they are like. One thing i can say is there is no reset button when you drive around the northloop in real life!!! I've taken loads of people who say they have learnt the track on computer games and every single one of them says its nothing like the games in real life.. They say you just don't get any idea of the gradients on the games. and in real life all the corners just look the same. It took me around 100 laps to just learn which way the bloody corners go!! and at least another 100 to learn the correct line through them. But what fun..

I did notice the gradients are shallower on the game, but the corners are recognisable.

Too old - I'm over 40  :o

Me too!! lol old gits..lol But as i said i have not played the games i can only go on what others have said about the games.. Give me real life anytime.

Sorry folks, but you can keep all your racing cars to look at on this occasion (if I cannot drive them!! ::) ::)) as I just love the following little car for emotional reasons:

Although this is not an actual picture of my original 1960 Mk1 Farina bodied A40, which was blue body / black roof, it represents my first darling little car that I bought for £15; my first boyfriend who I found with it; the first time I was stopped by the police; the first car I owned that I did the mechanics on; the first car I replaced the tyres on with 'remoulds' - remember them? -  the first and only car I sold the number plate (1721JW) for £15, and the first and only car that was almost completely rusted away underneath, on the wings, and had a clutch that slipped if the wind speed resisted my attempts to go above 40 mph!! :D ;)

It was replaced by a brand new company owned 1972 Mk1 Escort 1.1; what a difference 8-) 8-) 8-)

Loads of weight shed 1 seat ect no carpets heater or matrix. no  radio you get the picture. not that quick but handles like its on rails..
