Title: Help required back prevents me doing it all

Sorry to do this, my back will not last more than 20 minutes, (remember my fall from a ladder 3 months ago). Only managed to do the coil pack.

I need to do my cam cover seals, yet I am not physically up to it, I have all tools but a torque wrench.

I will try to get all the parts required.

Any offers please?

BTW now waiting to see a physiotherapist.

give us a shout if you get stuck.
Physio ok up to a point but chyropractor, i find, is the only way to get things freed up. I tend to manage mine between the two depending what it needs. Depends on your injury?

Standing on top of a step ladder about 4.5 feet high my C of G was about 2.25m off the ground, did 15mph to 0 via my bum and lower back.

Lucky to be walking I think.

Anyway will order bits on Monday and try to do in hte next few weeks.

Other idea is OD on pain killers
