Thats my current house guard, I had to have my dog put to sleep a few weeks ago.

Poor little bugger of cat has flu at the moment, but seems full of life again today,

Cat plus alarm here, not that the cat would be any use, although she does have a habit of getting under your feet as you go through the front door, so I suppose she might be some using in tripping up an unwanted guest.

An estate agent once told me that it is not a good idea to publicise the fact that you have a bought an alarm system for your house.

He said it means that you've either been burgled in the past, or you think you may well be burgled in the future, as these are the only reasons to have one.

He's got a point. :y :y

Problem comes when every other house in the street has one. :-/

Ours came with the house. Service company said they'd remove it if I didn't pay them silly money to come and vacuum the spiders out once a year. I told them bad things would happen if they tried that.
