I can't say I've ever been a fan of the look of reverse sensors, particularly those that were fitted as an after thought to an existing bumper. Some of the new fit sensors that are completely flush when fitted do look better, but I tend to just use mirrors to see where I'm reversing to! ;) ;)
Coincidently, just this afternoon my brother was commenting that while driving a loaned Mazda he's been waiting for the buzzer that his BMW has, but, as the Mazda doesn't have reverse sensors, he's then had to revert back to mirrors. It just shows how much notice he's been taking while he's relied on his BMW's parking sensors front & back. :-/

PS I do like the whole kit though. If you don't get around to fitting it ........ I reckon it'd look good if it was all painted metalic black ::) ;) ;) ;)

Just remember that the parkpilot was not standard until late 2001.....so an earlier car wont have the controller etc....however, if you had the controller and loom of the bumper donor car :y

The bumper has the loom complete with the plug on the end so should just need the controller
