Title: Royal Navy permitted to tackle Somali pirates

This is an extract form The Times 13/10/08:

'...Not long ago [Royal Navy] officers were explicitly advised not to capture Somali pirates in case they claim asylum, nor to send them home in case their crazy fatherland violated their human rights...'

But what if you mistakenly torpedo an innocent groups of young Somalis who just happen to go on a cruise on their speed boats and carrying their AK-47s and RPGs for self protection...?  :P
