I have a Toyota Avensis and now my Omega, does anybody know of a good insurance co that will cover both cars at a reduced rate. More Than who I am with insist on charging me full whack on both cars. Me being the sole driver. And to add insult to Injury they lifted £96.00 out me bank by dd for both cars instead of £65.00 >:(. If they are right that would work out in the region of £1100 a year. Anyone know of any good deals out there? ::)

Admiral do a Multi car policy, I've just started my Omega on it, SWMBO's Astra starts beginning of Jan & the diseasal Astra in Feb. Omega's is £250-ish but the best quote from other companies, even including a so called discount for insuring more than one car with them was about £320 :-/

Try www.ecar.com they do an online policy up to four cars and drivers, normally good prices but went to esure this time had a great price.

Admiral multi car without a doubt, checked with eveyone I could think of for mine and they won hands down. :y

Admiral are on their own with their multi car policies. No one does anything like it ..... that I've found.

Sadly they appear to be just like the others when it comes to renewal time. We were with them for four cars for the two of us and they were by far the best initially but come renewal time we saved over £300 by shopping around and Admiral were not interested in matching the quote.

I am with Norwich Union and I get 70% NCD on my Omega, 70% on my Ford Galaxy and 70% on my Corsa as opposed to a 'multi-car' policy. So like always, shop around. Good luck :y

Im with SwiftCover, they do a "Mirror" NCD from your first Car to the second, third etc. Its not something they offer, you have to ask and push for, ie, speak to the right person.
Bottom line is full NCD on each Car and cheap, down side is a claim on one will effect each Car, assuming you tell them as there on different policies. :y

i dont see why all insurance companies let you use full no claims on each car you insure since you only drive one at any time
otherwise i'd have another omega for certain!!

As i think i posted once before own 2 Omegas 3ltr & 2Ltr 2.0 is back on the road as done a cple of jobs on it Nov 1 will then tax it... get refund on other cars tax taking it off road (sorn) going to do some work on that eg Cambelt etc ...but only have one insured just paid it £142.03 with Saga :y will switch back to other later next year unless the insured one develops a prob its £10 to switch plus prem adjustment with them as obviously 3ltr is higher !! :y
I know one sat in driveway is uninsured ::)but its well locked up & will have a cple of wheels removed too shortly..

only prob with that m8 is that use toyota for work (cheaper to run) use omga est at weekends and towing.

Sell Toyota and buy LPG kit with the proceeds :y
