Title: 3 button key fobs for vectra.
Post by: robbo299 on 26 October 2008, 23:50:06
Hi, Anyone on here who can give me some advice regarding replacement housings for the 3 button key fob for a vectra. My brother in law has an '05 vectra and on one of his key fobs the rubber buttons are badly worn, sometimes it doesn't operate properly. He has replaced the battery but the fob is still playing up. Is it possible to just change the case and refit the gubbings and the horseshoe blade? I have seen loads of 2 button replacement fobs and cases on fleebay, but only a couple of 3 button fobs. These were £20+ and needed reprogramming. Just wondered if it was possible to buy just a replacement case, without the control unit, and where from. Thanx. :y  P.S. Read the thread about 3 button fobs for the Omega in the FAQ section but don't know if these are the same.
