as i'm off work this week i thought i would lie on the couch and watch daytime t.v. .
today on uktv there was a programme following court bailiefs in england and wales . in one scene they attended an address to enquire about an unpaid fine , so they agreed to let him have the fine deducted from his benefits in installments of £2.50 a week .
what the hell is going on , the taxpayer is funding the state benefit system which is bieng used to pay fines . so we pay the fines and the criminals are laughing about it . am i wrong to think this .  >:(

well one in canada was released yesterdayas he was too fat to keep in prison. wtf !!!
