Title: How do I load up in parts section?????

Hi Guys.
I am trying to load some genuine Omega roof bars in the Car Parts and bits for sale section BUT, I cannot load anything up because I cannot find the new topic button to load up, can anybody please help me.

you need 250 posts mate see the notes at top of section explains it all  :(

You need to have a postcount of 250 before you can post in that section. Something to do with some previous misdemeanours taking place.
