Title: Our turn for a puncture :(
Post by: Jimbob on 18 November 2008, 15:16:04
In her MV6, 2 different nails :(

Irrepairable of course, too near the corner.

Why is it always on new tyres, never ones due replacement :(

Ahh well, there goes £117.50 for a new one  :'(

I've just shelled out for a pair this week too - one was worn so badly on the inner edge the tyre had split and the wire exposed  :o

Mine are 16"s though - 2 Pirellis for £170  :P

Better safe than sorry Jimbob :y

You should be arrested for driving round with tyres like that. I mean, it's not as if you're skint, the interest you're charging us poor folk. :P

You cash rich pensioners are screwed mate - long live the revolution!

PS I only found out the tyre was f~cked cos I paid some bloke £20 to change my brake fluid, fit new pads (which fell apart) and sensor.  When I saw the state of it I made him fit the spare and I had new ones on the next day - if I wasn't locked out of photobucket I'd show you a pic. Shocking  :o
