Remember a post a few week ago and the derisory price of scrap you guys in the South were getting - figures of £5 - £10 a tonne?
I have to say H21 was spot on about Scotlands prices.
Just weighed a rover 400 in - no doors, wings, gearbox, engine bonnet, sunroof windows or seats...
Got £55 quid and the Scrap metal merchant confirmed he is currently paying £75 a tonne !!
Thats some nation wide variation :-X
Is it still as low down south guys?
