When i accelerate hard sometimes my LPG alarm goes and it switches off......WTF?
It does it even when tank is full so its not slashing in tank and starving itself.
Any ideas????

Vaporiser pressure low? i had that when i did my Blue one.
I remember you saying that you had plug issues a while back, is it leaning off too much?

Kevin upped the pressure too .95 ish.
Leaning off...........ummmmm i think it may well be looking at the state of the plugs.
What can i do about that then Jay??
(Happy New year too you matey) :)

if its leaning off then i would be looking at the calibraton, however i cant see that being the reason why its cutting out....
Mine does it when i have 1 or 2 litres left in the tank, neve less than that
Happy new year to you to matey :y

There is a multiplier attached to each position in the map, say 1.5 for mid throttle mid speeds so that a gas injector is open 1.5 times longer than a petrol one.
If time open x the multiplier x rpm is greater than time - fail over to petrol.

If it's beeping and switching to petrol chances are the vapour pressure is falling low. A couple of thingsd to try:
Plug a laptop in and see what the vapour pressure is like. Also have a look at the minimum pressure limit. Should be 0.75-0.8 bar IIRC.
Also, have a look at the calibration window. Clear both the petrol and LPG lines, go for a drive on petrol and then on LPG and see if the lines are redrawn reasonably close together.
Do a full throttle run up to max RPM and make sure that the lambda sensor signals stay high throughout. If they dip low, it is running too lean.
Also have a look for errors in the LPG controller. See if it's complaining about anything.
Make sure the vapouriser is still getting nice and hot. Could be it is icing up.

PM sent Mr Kevin :D

Suspect the Russians, they're keen to cut off supplies! ::)

I reckon the pressure is dropping too low... IIRCC my calibration was done at about 1.25 Bar. I did have to re calibrate and map it after about 5k as everything had settled in and the pressure had dropped.

they are only making bluff for extra ;D
