Title: Vxr?

Every Monday when I am in South Derbyshire I go down a road where a Facelift Elite with a private plate is parked. On the back right below the bootlid is a Vxr badge. Has this any meaning or is it just stuck on by the owner? It looks a very tidy motor with Lpg aswell.
