Yeah your right it is a old 1d penny piece ,my old nan has a castella tin full of those with 3d's in its well  ::) ::)

Yes ....agreed........I have a big bag full of old penny....and tanners...along with a couple of half crowns....2/6d....or 12 and a half new pence......not worth a lot. :y :y :y

Check your bags of old pennies. If any are dated 1933 they are worth tens of thousands of (new) pounds. They are very rare and therefore often forged....but worth a look :y

That's a rip off. It's the same old con trick brittania music used to use. Get one cheap and they keep sending you more whether you want them or not. (Mind you, I got loads of tapes and never paid a penny) ;D

Only six were ever minted Prince Phillip owns one, three others are owned by collectors that leaves two still out there!!
