Errr.....what are these.

Not seen any since the days of the Allegro if its what I am thinking of when uncle bob used to get a red right arm through driving with the window down......are these needed on modern cars with climate control?

On a standard car they just clip into place. On the omega they dont have the rubber rim to clip into, so think they have to be stuck on in some way... having the same problem myself you see

Indeed Mark, only "the old people", usually with flat caps, had these when they were "unfashionable" in the 1960s to 1970s on Minor Minors, a few Ford Cortina's Mk1 & 2's, Allegro's and Marina's and I as a youngster took the pxxs out of them, and still would! :o :o :o ::) ::) ::)

they are good for smoking as it stops the fag/rollie going out if you flick the ash out the window!

Most shoguns ive seen have them fitted

they dont glue on, they can be fitted by using the thin double sided trim tape similar to what hold your door mouldings on, comes in various thicknesses.  :y

Don't worry Welung, I love Morris Minors with much fondness! :-* :-* :-* ;)

When I lived near Bristol I used to regularly drive past one of the country's main MM restorers in Bath, and some of the restored beauties they produced.......absolutely fantastic and so cute! :-* :-* :-* 8-) 8-) :)

My Domestic Superior has some on her Escort skateboard, Came with the sticky already applied, just had to remove the protective tape.
Get it right first time though!

Handy if its hot and rainy (like summer!) means you can have windows open a couple of inches for fresh air. it sucks the smoke out too!
Guess what, she packed up smoking weeks after they were fitted !!

Very common on a lot of older jap import cars, Ive got a toyota estima and a lot of them come with wind deflectors and when I had the Prelude that had them too-mind you, a different car culture over there, they seem to put on as many options as they can possibly fit!!!To be fair tho' I think they look OK on the estima and the Mitzi Shoguns,
