Title: AIR JACKS
Post by: 61omegacott on 15 February 2009, 16:28:50
Anybody had experience of using exhaust powered Air Jacks?And----?.
If so are they available in the UK.? Draper did stock them but they are no longer available so I have been told by several dealers.  Apparently they are available direct from China but in minimum lots of 50.
I seem to like the word available at the moment!!

My mate had one when we were doing breakdown work... They're OK as long as you have a single exit exhaust, with a round tail pipe and in perfect condition... The slightest blow will render your jack useless ::) ::) ::)

Personally I'd recommend spending the money on a decent trolley jack and axle stands :y :y :y

I have used them in the past and they seem fine, just not on turbo diesels.

Personally, a good trolley jack and axle stands win every time.
