its a fact nowadays that kids are having kids. take my "neighbours" a young immature couple -first kid was as she put it (when everyone was talking to her) an accident after a romp at a party.
they move into a council place below me (i own mine) and have been the most inconsiderate immature people you could ever meet. they have never shut a door since they have lived here, preferring to slam them maybe two or three times until they catch.
they split up a year ago after some domestic violence (police involved several times) and she found out she was pregnant again so got back together??!! this week i walked through the back gate to see two piles of baby vomit in front of me and decided to get a bucket of hot water to wash it away -cos the lazy chav wasnt interested ! i did tell her and she said she didnt realise the baby had done it, too busy texting mates on her mobile.....
so if you have this generation near you or as neighbours i comiserate with you, ive only got two more years left till i can sell up and go, i have thought of letting the place but feel the tenant will be complaining about them all the time and i would not get any peace, and by the way the council have written 4 letters to them and they still have not got kicked out cos.......they have two little kids !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:

Drop a complaint into the councel regards the noise etc. if they cant trace who made the complaint they still have to act on it. If enough complaints are made they will get moved.
I have mates with councel tennancies and they changed in January to help with anti social behavier. As much as councels have a bad name in the past it looks like things are changeing, or at least they seem to be in South Yorkshire.

weve had several letters sent to the housing association and they have been sent warning by the ton, hence we have given up they just arnt interested cos if they get kicked out the HA will still have to get them B&B accom cos they are on benefits..........we have regularly been in touch with the HA rep and she avoids this issue, the HA wont even forgo my loss of discount if i sold up and left my place. may go on the rampage one day........ ;)
