Title: Energy Suppliers!

Just signed up to change suppliers from EON to Npower, good move or forget it......I've got 14 days to cancel the change over.
Heard not so good things since we signed for this, they say we will save money changing and getting £100 back after our first bill.
Any horror stories, bad experiences/customer service you can tell me, should I go elsewhere?

Did you sign up via a cash back site....if not cancel then find another supplier with same or better price structure and pocket a healthy sum via cash back.

Ive recently moved too southern...cheapest for me.

changed from npower to British Gas last sep.been trying to get a bill from B.G. for months got an Electric bill today for almost £500,still waiting for the gas bill. :o :'(

i changed from bitrish gas due to them being so expensive >:(
