Seems to be behaving now.

Please let me know of any problems, particularly around bizarre/inconsistent postage charges (though obviously I want to know of any issues whatsoever).

Any orders with invalid shipping, OOF reserve the right to cancel.

Currently, tax disc holders, stickers, and DVDs enjoy free shipping.  Nothing else should offer free shipping. Special Delivery should always be in excess of a fiver, more depending on weight.
