Title: volvo 440

hi all any one know  about dash warning lights on a volvo 440 1996 model as my mate has a problem with his and no manual to luck in the warning light in question is lit up green and the symbol is like an upside down y shape sorry thats the easyest way to discribe it any help please

Sounds like the Greek symbol "Lambda"....hope you can guess the rest?

BTW, those cars should have quite a bit common with a Renault 19. Some engines and gearboxes are same.
