For doing that pesky rear wheel bearing!
What a git of a job!
So bad, we wrote a maintinance guide
1. Take to to the Garage
2. Pay
3. Drive Home.
Ended up taking the trailing arm off so a Sledgehammer could be employed.
Drives so much better though, silence, and no vibration, holds the road one hell of a lot more as well.
And no more squealing brakes thanks to new disks, pads and handbrake shoes which were knackered.
cheers to Tomoco to helping as well, only came for us to do his springs, but ended up joining in the fun. Ohhhh and we have found a use for that 1 spring that was ok already :-X
Had a cracking weekend cheers, ache like hell today though :(

Another success story then :y

It was a git to do, the worst I have ever done by some margin.
The outer bearing shells normaly come out!
Now need to source a pair of rear springs for mine!

Was a shock to see a good chunk of spring hurtling down the road towards us!

He he....
There was a good loud bang to which er indoors said, what was that?. I calmly replied, its a rear spring breaking.......followed shortly after by tinkle noise as the broken section fell out!
Still, just sourced KYB springs for 26 quid each plus vat :y
