Going a bit far. I mean, what next?
A better idea may be to tax people by how fat they are. Have weighing equipment at the entrance to public buildings and supermarkets and even as you step onto the bus (you are causing it to use more fuel)
Ridiculous? Coming into the head of a stupid politician near you soon.

Chocolate attracts VAT so is taxed already ;) ;).
However any more tax is totally unnecessary and absurd >:( >:( >:(.

The ingredients contain all the stuff that are in the expensive creams that ladies plaster on to make there skin soft.
When I worked there in the mid 70's they had a smokin ban on site !
Belive me get a large bar or two and mush it up and then wrap your fingers in the and then work it in.
Do that over a few day and see the results.............if that dont work try putting it on a different part of your body and say you have a chocolate coverd treat..................... ::)
-
i suppose body chocolate will be exempt, because after youve eaten it you work off any calories accumilated. ;D ;D
