Could anyone help me with the shortcuts you use like mig or mot....
I'm from Holland and want to try to try understand you all better so I can help much faster but I don't always understand these shortcuts.

MOT is short for Ministry Of Transport and is an annual compulsory examination of any car over 3 yrs old in the UK.

Mig means Omega :y I don't know what MOT means :-[ ;D I'm wondering myself now :D

Although i pronounce it O-Me-ga not O-mig-a...........

"Mig" is just our pet name for Omega

"MoT" is the vehicle inspection test our cars have to have every year to be allowed on the road

Hi Danny,

Welcome to the forum.

Mig, Miggy, Meega = Omega
MOT = Ministry Of Transport. It's the UK's yearly roadworthyness test for all cars over 3 years old.

It is actually a Ministry Of Transport Vehicle Inspection.........shortened to MOT thats all.....

If you know other shortcuts you use,put it down here...I'll be greatfull.

In Holland we also have a annual examine of cars called : APK.
MIG is in Holland Omi.

one of the only places in europe i have never been is holland, love to go but never get round to going anywhere no more for some reason. stokes the furthest ive been in the last 2 yrs now
