Title: Does anyone know who can repair
Post by: Darth Loo-knee on 31 March 2009, 19:10:15
Battery drill chargers?
I have had this battery drill for a few years and is brilliant, but the charger no longer works  >:( I have looked in the usual places for a new one but apparently the have been discontinued :'(
It is a Hitachi UC14SD Charger.
If anyone knows anywhere or anyone please let me know :y

that coz they are rather useless.

is it plugtop type transformer, or integral to charger?  thermal fuse on tranny?

I thought the batteries and chargers were manufactured separately from the power tools. A charger from a different tool may do it.

wank and decker chargers more common - tool more common, and the fact they are shit, means there are more chargers in the world than there are drills...

Is it the charger or the battery breaked?

Are there any volts getting to the baord from the transformer (not its AC).
