3 minutes spent trying to sell me stuff I didn't want

5 minutes spent arguing that I can and will install the dish myself at the new place

Plus being patronised when being asked about the 'password' I setup over a year ago. >:( >:(
I was going to get Sky Broadband and Sky talk all in but now I doubt I will..... I feel a letter coming on.... :-X :-X

I have no trouble at all dealing with these companies. I do all my banking online, one click and the DD is cancelled. I tell them this and it seems to do the trick.

i personally dont have any direct debits. makes life a lot easier. just pay everything over the fone 1ce a mnth
