Am I right in thinking that it's legal to drive a vehicle, that dosn't have a valid MOT certificate, to an MOT station for a test? :-/
I'm asking as I couldn't book mine in time..... :-[
Cheers!

Yep, if a vehicle has a pre booked MOT, you can drive it to and from the test legally, as long as it's taxed, insured, etc :y

Insurance is a "must have", but if it's not currently taxed, an MOT is required to obtain tax, so I assume you'd be covered travelling to and from the pre-booked MOT test.

Yep, gotta to have insurance.
Pre-booked MOT appt. OK to drive there, and normally ok to drive back.
Say ok to drive back, because if it's so dangerous to drive back after fail well???????????
But it's not gonna fail, good luck, let s know how you get on
