Title: Beastie's back in black!!!

Well, she will be tomorrow morning when we collect her from Markey Marks. Recon heads courtesey of MDTM so no worries there, cambelt kit, water pump, cam follower slider thingies, plugs all new gaskets (which were tired) oil & filter, coolant, something had dropped from where it should be into the sump & was blocking the oil pick up (not good) but all cleared now. She's an old girl with 110k on the clock so nearly run in & still pulls like merry break! Sadly won't be able to fit the facelift door mouldings in time for them to go off properly but will do after Yorkmeet & post some piccies.
     Meanwhile the Beastie & yours truly are looking forward to tomorrow. 8-) :y

It brought back memeriors sitting behind the wheel of Guy's Mk V MkIV 1980 series. They were a great car in their time ... I reckon I could still workon the Pinto blind folded!  ;D :y :y

I had one of those as a company car, and have had most of it predecessors, so easy to work on and maintain,
