He would get twice as long a ban, and twice as many points if I were the judge! To**pot >:(
-
LoL- I trust there was 'robust' evidence to convict him ;D ;D
-
Well that's one thing about technology - it's indiscriminate ;D ;D (not always a good thing) :y
-
haha, now he knows how it feels!!!
-
Ha ha nice one ;D ;D, but i expect is more the embarressment factor for him - doubt the £300 will hurt him.
By the way , when did speed cameras become `safety cameras`?? More spin???? ::) ::)
-
Indeed and they are managed by 'Safety Camera Partnerships' - sounds very luvy duvy doesn't it. Basically its the Police and local council plus other pointless entities.
-
Well, I am glad. Good that
speed safety camera's are not discrimatory :y

I don't get the penalty, you either get points OR a ban, not both, UNLESS you end up with 12 or more via 'totting up'.
If he had any sort of a clue he should have taken a short term ban and avoided the points.
Its what i did, just over 103mph average on, funnily enough, the A14, went to court, in Sudbury, and my solicitor suggest a short ban would be better than points and i got 28 days and no points and £300 fine, mind you it was nearly 7 years ago :)
