I bet that doesn't pack down small :o - frame tents never do.
Looks 2nd hand, so may be worth getting a can or 2 of waterproofing (but ensure you get the canvas one!!) just to go over the seams when you put it up

Yep it's used Jaime - apparently not too much use though and never packed away wet, etc.
But yes, I will go over it totally with waterproofing stuff :y

Not sure if you need to do just seams, or whole lot. A shop will advise...

For waterproofing you can use Thompsons Waterseal. It's for sealing bricks but is (essentially) the same as Fabseal but much cheaper!!!
Recommended to me by a camping specialist and treated my Trailer tent. We were on a site which had so much rain the groundwater was rising into the tent but the roof stayed dry :y :y :y
