Post by: sonikhead on 25 May 2009, 11:58:06
well after surviving the mrs mad horse trying to stamp on me last wkend i thought this wkend will be a quite one few beers and chilling in somerset untill i got on the poxy m5 in full flow bank holiday mood, anyway after 3 long hours to get to bristol a focus decides to have a blow out at 75 mph 3 cars in front of me, to say i shit myself was an understatement when the 3 cars went into him god knows how i missed as i managed to stop to within a foot of writing my miggy off. phewww a close shave  :o :o

Good to hear you managed to stop short -- then there's the worry that those behind manage too !!!!

TBH I never drive anywhere I don't have to on BH weekends. 3 hours on the mway going nowhere ain't my idea of fun  :(

I think we've all had to anchor up in a white knuckle sweat a few times. They stop pretty quick for nearly 2 tonne of car.

PS. One of my exes was a horsey girl so i know what you mean!!!!! ::)

I know the feeling... I had to stop rather quickly on the M25 yesterday. Full flowing 80 MPH to stationary very swiftly :y :y :y
