How did they get it legal ?. Its not on a Q plate, but a regular 08 reg, so it must have been significantly based on something. I like the key turning on the back ;D

If memory serves me correct, the chassis from a quad bike is used & so carries the number ;)

Ace, you could keep one in the Omega boot for when the crank sensor etc broke.

You can get a "current" plate on any collection of bits arranged into a car as long as you can convince the DVLA that you used "new parts". You are allowed one 2nd hand major component provided that it's reconditioned to an "as new" standard IIRC.
In this case, some guy has put a cardboard cutout postman pat van over a quad bike, by the look of things. ;D
