Title: What's this about mobile phones

Just caught the end of something on the news. I believe we have to register to block forthcoming unsolicited calls. :-/ Are all the numbers going public or something? :(

118800 are starting a directory enquiries service for mobiles from next week.

They don't give the number out apparently.
