Title: My back

Is now very sore.

Been to doctors, now on anti inflamitaries.

"Have you been doing any lifting?"

"Only cylinder heads, not that heavy"

"Twisting and lifting has strained your back"

arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will it ever get better :'(

leaning over the front of the mig aint helped much with your back

there great

good for a back massage as well :y

and this the price you pay..Believe me if I tried what you have done sure I was in hospital now ;D :y

i put my back out a few weeks ago by sneezing :'( but when i was doing my auto box [a few times >:(] last year my back was fine, the only time i seem to get back trouble is when ive moved awkwardly & trapped a nerve & not when lifting heavy items.

only with rest
i was off work for 2 months with a bad back/leg :'(

that is severe back ache leaning over the car, its such an awkward way to do work. you can never get in a good position can you

When i did my back in,work sent me for some physio,it really did make a big improvement, but time was the best healer
