What do we all think of this http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8103132.stm
I am still in two minds about.

I think you say certain things when you know you have anonymity which you wouldn't otherwise.
Revealing the blogger's identity really is rather reckless. Whilst the blog is anonymous, it has no authority although it may well provide leads for others to substantiate. With authority, all sorts of things, even some that the poster did not intend may well happen. It's a bit like firing a sawn-off shotgun in a public place: you just don't know who might get hurt.
I've not read the blog and probably won't FWIW

We're into the familiar territory of confidentiality verses the public need to know.
Once in the public domain and making assertions concerning official policy, it is quite reasonable to question the veracity and credentials of the person publishing the information, as the accuracy of it must be assessed.
Once the Rubicon is crossed however anyone indulging in such activity should always be aware that 'big boy’s rules' apply, and that the application of those rules can have unpleasant consequences.
It wouldn't bother me really, as sometimes it's necessary to step up and speak out - irrespective of the consequences.
Simple rule: If you don't want smacked - don't bare your buttocks!

No such thing as anonymity on the net, if you pi$$ them off enough then they WILL find you no matter what steps you take to avoid detection.
