Title: Flippin' 'eck
Post by: TheBoy on 29 June 2009, 19:48:08
I know we in deepest Brackley have managed to avoid it all week, but blimey, the entire contents of the sky have just been dumped on mount Brackley in the last 10 mins.

Sun back out now.

Shame I was out in it  :-[

If you'd had your lappy with you, would have been just like taking a bath  :)

I just remember a rain like  "niagara falls" some years ago.. ;D

unfortunately I was driving at the moment :(

the wipers working maximum and still couldnt see outside.. so I blindly stopped and parked (where I estimate)  near the road..

continued nearly 10 minutes when it stopped I see even some drivers stopped in the middle of road and nobody moving :-?

methinks part of the entirety came to sodden Sutton too.... we had puddles in the puddles in the streams formerly known as roads.

Could do with some rain here. The place is ruddy parched.
