Title: Aston Martin Reject Me!!
Post by: Lizzie_Zoom on 30 June 2009, 17:07:19
Yes, I have been rejected again after just trying to register onto their Aston Martin Media web site! ::) ::) ::) :'( :'(

The e-mail I have just received reads:
"

All I wanted to do was follow upon a piece of info I have noted about their Cygnet project, which is a 1 litre eco-friendly supermini hatchback "based on Toyota's IQ city car, but with a luxury interior". 8-) 8-) 8-)

 ;) ;)

PMSL.  ;D A colleague of mine has an IQ. Guess who got the short straw and, hence, the back seat on the lunch time run to town? My Westfield is more comfortable and easier to get into (with the hood up!). Feels safer too.

THanks Kevin, and I wonder why that does not surprise me ::) ::) ::) ::)  These manufacturers, almost out of desperation, are coming out with eco-friendly, noddy, cars that most of us will not want.  Even a luxury interior as Aston Martin envisage will not cut the mustard as we still want cars that not only fully meet our requirements as a mode of family transport, but also look and feel good.

Your experience Kevin emphasises how they are getting it all wrong! ::) ::) ::) ;) ;)

Yep. Best "luxury interior" they could have on one of those would involve an angle grinder, a welder and an extra 3 feet of car IMHO. Might stop it looking so silly too. ;D

You cannot buy one unless you own an Aston Martin
