Title: Just been On Ebay
Post by: Mr Skrunts on 12 July 2009, 09:28:34
looking At DVD's

Was looking for a boxed set of a series I like and just wondered what I could pick up and how much.

Found 3 new sets for sale, all the same price.

Checked the price on Play.com and it was half price for the same thing.

Total rip off on Ebay as usal (If they get away with it)

It's the sellers who set the price, not fleabay themselves.

What I do find incredible though is the amount of buyers who will willingly pay double what something is worth in the real world.

Too right Skruntie, they are preying on peoples laziness and the " I got it off EBay " factor.

What I do find incredible though is the amount of buyers who will willingly pay double what something is worth in the real world.  Sadly I think most of us got caught with that at some stage, which is now why I check before I commit.

I was looking at the Las Vega sets, I have series 1,2,and 3 was looking at the cost of series 4 and 5.  Need to check for definate what I have though as I am still unpacking and have a bad memory for things like CD/DVD's as I bought 1 film twice without realising.

I am not familiar with the Las Vega series, but the company I often use for DVD's have the following:

http://www.dvd.co.uk/search.aspx?search=Las+Vega&type=CAT100007

 ;) ;)

Then on Amazon which I use extensively for books, the DVD's are here:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h_?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Las+Vega&x=18&y=17

Hope that helps Skruntie :-* :-* ;) ;)
