No, no, its all wrong....you hold them under the water until they stop scratching.

Plus its much better sport washing them with a super soaker from a distance just as they are about to squeeze one out

You do it MDTM's way.  You put the cat in a bag or a pillow case 1st to stop it scatching, you just dont attach the bricks.   ::)
