Testing is banned in F1 during the season.
Ferrari and the FIA announced that they would like to suspend this rule for his highness M. Schumacher.
Williams have vetoed the idea,saying that the rules shouldnt be suspended for any one individual,good on them.

Well, considering the FIA usually dance to Ferrari's tune I'm not surprised. ::)
