a stunner!!
-
Drop dead bloody gorgeous!! :y :y :y
-
Thats rather tasty
-
yep...been posted a few times Jim but hey I dont care - quality never gets boring :y
-
Nice interior but the exterior looks a bit tacky :-[ Sorry but all that plastic just doesn't work on a modern 4-door. The old model is far nicer IMO, coupe shape suits it much better.

Is it four seat or five seat - that is the important question

I like the the guard vents and rear lights, they look like the real Monaros I remember and owned, but there's only one problem, it has four doors :-/
As far as I'm concerned a REAL Monaro has only ever had two doors ;)
Perhaps those guards can be bolted onto the old coupe and a bit of a mod for the rear lights.... now you're talking.

Stop comparing with a Monaro, coz it ain't one. Its a mid size 4 door saloon.

Wait till you're married with pests
That'll never happen... or at least if it does my judgement will have to be so shot that I'll be more than happy driving around in a 2.0 Ford Galaxy slushomatic with the optional "cruise liner" handling pack.

Children were last thing on my mind before I was married - I now have three under 10s running around, a daughter who likes Omegas, and one of the twins likes to help when I work on the car, and claims ownership of my towball bolt sized spanner.
When you get a girlfriend you ge on with and get married a little switch will pop and you will be happy with little Paul_Ms and Paula_Ms running about.
So don't knock it - also you do not get people carrier cravings either - you will NOT like a Galaxy then either.
You will be looking at VXR8s M5s ect wondering how safe they are for your sprogs.
I know what will happen - people who settle for people carriers were never enthusiatic drivers anyway.

Forgetting the kids for a mo, as you get older, sometimes you really couldn't be bothered with manuals, and a good slushy doesn't seem so back after all. Then, just for fun, you get a lunatic 1000cc bike ::)

LOL... nah if that happens I'll just get a chaeffeur ;)
Nothing wrong with having a fun car *and* a fun bike simultaneously. I very nearly had a gixxer thou for last summer but the one I was gonna buy the seller kept messing around (I was going to do a 500 mile round trip to collect and he was totally unaccomodating) so I told him to shove it. Might buy one this year tho, got myself a tidy '99 SV650 about 6 weeks ago to tide me over until something interesting comes up, I do quite like the V-twins.

I have absolutely no intention of getting married.. that's like trying a few beers, finding one you like and refusing to drink anything else for the rest of your life even though there are thousands you've yet to see, let alone taste ;) I'm going to try tasting as many beers as I can along the way :D
Besides, I tend to crap it at the slightest hint of any real commitment. Guess I just enjoy being footloose too much. So I'm safe to continue having fun with 2 seats or even just 2 wheels for the forseeable future :y
