My girl fiends daughter has been done twice in one week by them (silly girl). She had a letter asking her attend a driving management course. She still pays the fine, but avoids the points, just as well as she already has three :o :o

Never been caught by a camera ever (f**k knows how though), but especially never been caught by SPECS because I know that it's no good slamming on the anchors for the actual camera.

Is it still the case that if you change lanes between cameras they cant prosecute?

I do believe that one (along with all the other loopholes) was closed ages ago.

To be honest though I'm surprised that one even worked, especially when you consider the LTI-2020 is banned in most countries (except the UK of course, where it is used to prosecute daily) because of it's incredible error rate.

It was a break up by the legilators, they had it passed for use,but they forgot to include multi lane usage.Someones lawyer spotted it and used it as a defence.

It amazes me how many people ignore these cameras ,  I tend to stick to the limit while travelling through sections they are in use in , but the amount of people that fly past they must get tickets  I would have thought
