.....Finally management have set a date next Wednesday to advise on the re-organisation, potential redundancies, and job role changes, this will be the third review in four years :-X

I'm not worried about it, have known about it for sometime now, just been waiting on management, I think there are other folks that are more concerned about it than me.

Change in Senior management, recruit more external consultants (pay them loadsa dosh), to tell them the way things should work, all linked to the partnering agreements that they hope will be signed next year :-X, five areas for partnering, so x9 Project Managers at the mo, so you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work out what they will be proposing next week :-X
