A sad loss, he was a brilliant actor and a true gent in real life. Met him once at a charity do, he had time for anyone :( :( :(

I remember him in "Common as muck" and "The Equalizer." Both good series :y

Remember he was quite watchable in Callan and the Equalizer but personally thought the Wicker Man was over hyped (guess thats the nature of "cult" movies ), but do think he was good in Breaker Morant about a court martial case during Boer war. RIP
