Title: What an improvement!!!

Have just finished putting back the throttle body onto my 2.2 Omega. Straight away the engine was smooth and responsive.

The car has been looked after by the VX garages before i bought it now nearly 1 year ago. >:(

A big thank you to Mark for writing the How2 on cleaning the throttle and breathing pipes. The crud that came out i could not believe. :y

Now just waiting to get into the local stealer for the auto box software update. ;D

Good to hear it has made an improvement. These are the moments that mean what we do is worthwhile. :)

did the same to mine, regular oil changes make a BIG difference too. Done about 5 changes in total in 4k miles, really makes a huge difference. Clean the breathers too, mine had a new surge of power around 4k after i cleaned those.

And with a 0-60 that's around 8.9 sec I am very pleased  :)
