ditto that Chris, its all getting a bit boring now isnt it .Im fed up of spending so much time in the car getting to work, leaving so much earlier, crawling along at 25/30 (tho it must be said that peoples driving seems to have improved at last)and getting there late only to face same on the way home.Dont know about you but...I just want to be able to put my foot down again! ;D

Not going in - I am able to work from home luckily.

Snow on side roads, cars slipping all over the palce again and....

"SEVERE DISRUPTION TO SOUTH WEST TRAINS SERVICES - Wednesday 13th January 2010.
Due to the continuing effects of snow, ice and low temperatures across the South West Trains region, a number of services are subject to significant delays, cancellations and short notice alterations. Some trains will also consist of fewer carriages than normal.
Services between London Waterloo and Woking are being heavily disrupted with many trains starting/terminating at either Woking, Guildford or Basingstoke."

There is now a train on fire on my route to London.

Yep, we had about 6 inches last night, I've got to say I like the snow though, makes living through the bitter cold worthwhile. I hate the crappy mild winters we get where it just rains all the time, only colder

And I can walk to work  ;D

We had one inch and all this morning's dim-wits were blokes in their 50's or 60's.

All thought a hill start was the only option for about half an hour before demonstrating their (lack of) reversing skills and going from the bottom of the gentle slope outside my house.
