FFS, when will these fly-by-night, call centred, retards learn if they are going to tell a pack of porkie pies to their customers, they need to get their own story consistent.

Trouble is, their network is the only one that works in these parts. Voda, works down the road. Orange may get a signal, but unusable. T-Mobile works in a nearby town.

Well over an hour on the rather phone, waiting for a supervisor to try to make sense of the lies their agents have told me in the last couple of months. And what happens, the rather battery goes flat without warning.
So, what does the supervisor (who I haven't actually even spoken to at this point) do? Leave a rather voicemail asking me to call teh tinker back on the normal rather number. Like break I will. This year, I must have wasted 6 or 7 hours of my life contacting those rather tinkers. So as far as I'm concerned, they can stick their rather phone up their rather arse!

The only prob ive had with o2 recently, was i wanted to buy a payg phone and stick a 'simpilicity' sim in it.
When i walked into an o2 shop, the silly salesperson insisted i had to buy a £10 top up voucher at the same time.....no use to me whatsoever.
So told her i wait a day and buy from o2 direct.
But that day, their website wasnt taking card payments.....so called them instead.
Phone ordered no probs, but i got asked if i wanted a deal on car phone chargers for it......2 for a fiver...i asked why i would want 2 of them?? in the end the salesperson.....ended up selling me one for £2.50 ;D ::)

The service from o2 is mostly OK. Network congestion occasionally (awful in bad weather). But the billing and account stuff, well, shocking. Last year, they lost my bank details 3 times! Only they denied they'd lost them, yet they had then one month, and didn't have them the next month. But they hadn't lost them they claimed.
They really are top of the class knobheads

O2 = Part of which is Oxygen.
I believe that you need oxygen to feed the brain before it can work properly, obviously the call centre staff have the first part, but sadly lacking the Oxygen bit, hence why you're not getting any sense from them !!. ;D ;D
Also explains why their drowning in their own crape ! ;)

Never had to deal with our call centres so you may be right ;D
